Hey! So at night time my mind runs constantly of all kinds of thoughts. Lately I have been thinking about just life in general. Life is tough! We have so many choices in life... Sometimes we wonder if we have made the right choices or not. Sometimes I wonder what do I even want to do with my life? Why in the world am I even in Utah?! It's like I don't even get a answer... Here I am out here just struggling about what to do should I stay or should I go home? I pray often just to know what to do. God just seems silent? So what do I do? That's a good question. Right now I am still in Utah. I don't even know why I am here. When people ask me why I am here I say for a adventure.. lol But at times I do get pretty discouraged... I just want to know why I am here... What's my purpose? I have learned that God doesn't answer our prayers right away. Sometimes our timing isn't God's timing... God let's us go through challenges to become stronger. Stronger in our faith. He wants to strengthen our testimony. It can be very very challenging. But Matthew 19.26 "With God all things are possible." We need FAITH like mustard seed!! At times when I feel like giving up and just throwing in the towel i try my best to keep going. Life is full of adversity. Everybody is going to struggle. But how we overcome that struggle / adversity is what matters. I know that giving up isn't going to solve anything. I gotta keep pressing forward in life! So me, and you, should keep pressing forward in life. Keep smiling because it will get better!! Deuces till next time! :)

ReplyDeleteEmma! I love this! I think there are a lot of people out there who all wonder the same thing. Something President Hutchings taught me on my mission is that sometimes when we feel like heaven is silent, God simply trusts our judgement and which ever path we choose is a good one and it is up to us to decide what we want. Other times it is a trial of our faith to see if we will hold out faithful even though it seems like such a struggle. You are an awesome girl and you have an awesome testimony! God will bless you abundantly when the time is right! :) love ya girl, hang in there!
